Highly recommend Matt and Urban Edge! Our window sills were horribly stained and discolored after multiple winters of condensation from the windows. I was not sure how we were going to fix this quickly and cost effectively but I assumed someone would have to sand and restain each window sill which would be very labor intensive and take a long time. Matt figured out a better way, to reinstall new sills that matched the construction and color of our old ones. He got this done quickly which was very important to us. He also determined the cause of the original condensation problem, and addressed that by caulking the areas underneath the sills that were leaking air, so the problem would not happen again. His pricing was reasonable also. 5 stars!
